Had several repairs....done with excellent results

We were in serious need of having our dryer fixed, which broke on a Thursday night. We suspected it was heating element after looking it up on the internet. Called a local company on Friday, never called back. I asked my wife,as I was driving, to go to Thumbtack.com, and see if they had people who worked on appliances, which they did! So we entered a request, and within 30 minutes had a response from Duncan Appliance with a nice note about wanting to help. We of course thought it would early the following week. Nope, they had an appointment the following day from 2-5, which we took. We could not have been more pleased and relieved when Clarence arrived! He was great, very professional, explained what he was going to do and got to work. Found the problem, which was the element, and then said he had one on the truck and what the cost was going to be for replacement. Once completed, cleaned up and helped put back folding top on washer and dryer for us. We were more than pleased and will use them again and would recommend them you if you are reading this review. I cannot say enough good about Duncan Home Services. They are everything I could ask for in repair company. They came exactly when they said they would..repaired my clothes dryer. Then cleaned and inspected it to make sure it would be problem free for a long time. After repair. The technician asked me to check my dryer for the proper performance and to make sure I was totally satisfied. Very professional. Very responsive to my questions and so easy to set appointment. . The cost of repair was very reasonable. I highly recommend Duncan Home Services to anyone needing a repair or anything else. I will definitely be using them again. NHoban.

Clarence had experience with repairing Samsung refrigerators so problem was solved in a timely manner.

Clarence was very prompt when I requested repair for my dryer. He had to come back the next day because he needed to get a part and again, he was prompt and courteous. I definitely recommend him and would use him again myself.

Duncan Home Services was very responsive in fact within 20 minutes of contacting them they responded to me. I scheduled an appointment and the technician called prior to arrival and wanted to discuss my issue. He said he didn’t want to have to charge me for something that he might be able to “fix” over the phone. I greatly appreciate a company that has such integrity and will call them the next time I have a repair.

I had a washer that needed repair and a stove. The technician texted when he was on his was and gave me an estimated time of arrival. He was very professional and was very honest. He could repair one of the appliances but the cost would have been as much as if I bought new. The other appliance could not be repaired since the part needed was not avail but again, it would cost as much to replace it than repair. I ended up replacing both appliances because of his honesty. I would definitely use them again.

Duncan Homes Services provided easy scheduling and excellent notification when our service provider was en route. Our service provider determined the problem quickly and alerted us to the fact that a malfunctioning part was no longer available except in refurbished condition. I recommend contacting them if you need appliance repair.
