The visit was scheduled and Clarence showed up on time and soon diagnosed the issue to be related to the thermostat and main PCB and provided us an estimate of repair. We agreed and he got the parts ordered. Told us that it would take 3-5 days for the parts to arrive and then someone would show up and complete the installation of those parts.
