The visit was scheduled and Clarence showed up on time and soon diagnosed the issue to be related to the thermostat and main PCB and provided us an estimate of repair. We agreed and he got the parts ordered. Told us that it would take 3-5 days for the parts to arrive and then someone would show up and complete the installation of those parts. Parts arrived within 3 days and a tech was there to install them and get us going. Also, their rep called within the next few days to confirm everything was working fine. Excellent service. This customer rated you highly for work quality, professionalism, and punctuality.
