Ice maker needed to be replaced. The technician talked about the ice making process and installed the new ice maker which is now making ice.

Awesome service

Another great service from Matt at Duncan. He finished the job in half the time I thought he would need. Our kitchen is back in order with both the refrigerator and ovens working again.

My washing machine was dripping intermittently. I did a Google search to try to diagnose the issue and called Duncan to fix it because it wasn’t something I could do on my own. They were able to send a technician out within a day and a half. The technician arrived on time & wore shoe covers both times. He quickly confirmed the issue and ordered the part. He was able to come back within a few days (I had to push it a few days due to work obligations) and he changed out the part in about 20 minutes. It was a smooth process and I would definitely recommend Duncan to anyone with an appliance repair need.
