Great experience with Tyler & Duncan Appliance! Scheduling was quick and easy. Communication by text before arrival. Tyler was friendly, professional and kept things cleaned. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue with our dryer. Unfortunately the part needed to be ordered (on a Friday). But they were able to get us fixed and ready to go Wednesday the following week. Eric communicated when in route, arrived as scheduled, and was professionally dressed complete with shoe covers. He thoroughly examined my refrigerator and diagnosed a sealed system issue, which the repair would have cost around the same price as simply buying a new refrigerator. Disappointed the issue couldn’t be fixed but Eric was friendly and explanatory, providing relevant context to help ease the pain of having to purchase a new refrigerator. Will definitely call Duncan for any other home appliance repair needs, as I was extremely pleased with the high level of customer service I received. Thank you!

My Dryer stopped working & needed it repaired as soon as possible. I called Duncan Services and was able to get an appointment right away. The young lady who took my call was very professional & friendly. I received a text that arrival time was within 30 min & Justin even arrived a little earlier than the set time…Yay! Sean came the same day I called for service. That was impressive. When he left, our dryer was working correctly. He gives a thorough inspection and when he left, all was working properly.

Fantastic 5-star service from Duncan Home Services! Our oven was making a loud grinding noise from the fan, but their tech diagnosed and fixed it in no time. Punctual, respectful of our home, and the range is back to running silently like brand new. Highly recommend them for fast, reliable appliance repair!

I called Duncan Home Services on a Friday morning after my dryer had gone out the night before. Not only were they able to get me fit in to the schedule that day but Matt (the technician who came out) was polite, personable, and had my dryer back to working order in less than 30 minutes. I’m already working with them on a quote to repair the ice maker in my freezer!

I would most definitely recommend using Dunkin for repairs their customer support team is prompt and reliable and courteous. My experience with the Technician, Justin : on both occasions was Awesome, he explained what the issue was with my stovetop wiring how it works and why it the system failed. I really appreciated learning about my appliances from an experienced technician. I will definitely be using This company again for future projects.
