Matt arrived on time, and was quick to diagnose the problem. He was very thorough in explaining the issue, which would have been a very expensive and lengthy repair! He suggested we replace the dishwasher with a different model number so as not to encounter the same problem again. He absolutely deserves a 5 star rating!

Dryer repair Arrived early basically replaced all rollers, pullies and belts in 30 minutes - made my dryer NEW again !

Great experience

We were unable to fix the washing machine, So I just paid the service fee and will be shopping for a new one. The price to Repair it was more than a new one would even cost so it didn’t make sense. I appreciated. The technician helping me understand the problem.

Matt with Dncan did a great job with the repair job he did on our refrigerator. This is the second we’ve used Matt on repairs and he has a great job.

Eric came out to look at our dryer, which was working but not heating. He figured out the problem and fixed it within an hour. Clearly knowledgeable and good at what he does. Would recommend for appliance repairs.

Justin was wonderful fixing my oven which a little over a year old. To not work this soon was aggravating. Here in 30 minutes or less. I was truly greatful. Would definitely use this company again. Truly a 5 star rating.

Called to have my dishwasher repaired. Within 2 days it was fixed. Justin was friendly and explained everything. Highly recommend! Love how they communicate via text! Super user friendly

They had the exact parts for my Kenmore (LG made) refrigerator in the van. There was no having to order parts and come back when they were in. What I was expecting was a long drawn out service call which turned into a 35 minute fix. Justin was phenomenal.

Eric, listens attentively and explains his work in a way that is easy to understand and not condescending. He is very respectful of your home- always seeking permission to move items or similar. I felt respected and safe with him in the house. He definitely knows his way around a washer and dryer. He has been out here to service our appliances more than once and I would welcome him back again.
