Clarence was very prompt when I requested repair for my dryer. He had to come back the next day because he needed to get a part and again, he was prompt and courteous. I definitely recommend him and would use him again myself.

Duncan Home Services was very responsive in fact within 20 minutes of contacting them they responded to me. I scheduled an appointment and the technician called prior to arrival and wanted to discuss my issue. He said he didn’t want to have to charge me for something that he might be able to “fix” over the phone. I greatly appreciate a company that has such integrity and will call them the next time I have a repair.

I had a washer that needed repair and a stove. The technician texted when he was on his was and gave me an estimated time of arrival. He was very professional and was very honest. He could repair one of the appliances but the cost would have been as much as if I bought new. The other appliance could not be repaired since the part needed was not avail but again, it would cost as much to replace it than repair. I ended up replacing both appliances because of his honesty. I would definitely use them again.

Our service provider determined the problem quickly and alerted us to the fact that a malfunctioning part was no longer available except in refurbished condition. Duncan wasn’t my first choice but they should have been. The other one charged more just to show up. Wanted paid in full before fixing and it was twice the cost, and wasn’t prepared to repair that day. I contacted Duncan they explained policy before coming to home. Came prepared to fix issue and fixed it at half the cost the other. Call them first!

He came to our house after our work hours, so we didn’t have to ask off work, which was most appreciated. We did have to wait for our part to come in (couple of days), but once it came in, the repair was made quickly. It was good experience and would use them again.
