Cancellation policy

All appointments must be cancelled 24 hours prior to the appointment time.

We understand things come up and you may need to cancel your appointment. No worries just call us right away and we will reschedule or cancel appointment.

  • If cancelling after-hours, please leave a detailed message: name, address and time of appointment
  • If we don’t get notice of cancellation and when don’t find out until our technician reaches your home you will be billed for the trip charge.
  • If you are cancelling a special order for parts or equipment you will be charged a 25% cancellation fee.
  • If you are cancelling a special order or any electronic part order you will be charged for the part ordered, as we cannot return these types of orders.

Payment must be made within 24 hours of the original appointment.
