Scheduling the appointment was easy, everyone with whom I spoke was very pleasant and a tech was able to be out the next day. Justin was right on time, he explained the issue and the cost to repair and got the repair finished quickly. I would say the cost was pretty reasonable (much less expensive then buying a new dryer) and I would definitely use Duncan again for appliance repairs. Thanks!
