I can’t thank Duncan enough for the honesty and integrity. I called them because my fridge wasn’t working right. I completely lost function of my freezer and the fridge was in the low 40’s. They had a scheduling conflict but they allowed me to talk to the tech. He realized quickly that my problem I was happening was actually covered by a manufacturer warranty . It didn’t even cross my mind that it could still be under warranty as it was 6 1/2 years old. Long story short, because they were honest they have saved me literally thousands of dollars.
