Washer wouldn’t fill. Once Justin arrived it worked fine! He determined that the issue was in the door lock mechanism. He found the part, but suggested I not order it yet. If the problem kept happening, he said I could call him and he would subtract today’s service call fee from the cost of the part. That sounded fair to me! Cost of “repair” $99 and he was done less than 18 hours after I called to schedule the service. He also was completely professional and smiled (but didn’t laugh) when the washer worked fine the first time he tried it!
