Justin was a knowledgeable and personable technician. The company has fair pricing, gives all information up front. I was shocked and delighted to find that a technician could be scheduled for the SAME day! In todays world, that is unheard of!! Unfortunately, for my nearly 8-year-old dryer the only solution will be to buy a new one. Cost of repair would have been reasonable, but considering age of appliance and cost of new, the scale tipped toward replacement. I would NOT hesitate calling Duncan Home Services for any large appliance needs.
