Would give ten stars if possible. I have had three service calls (appliance...). My experiences with workmanship, value, office and service communications, integrity - could not have been better. (just noticed the recent 'bad review' - I'd bet money they used a different Duncan company)

Called at 10 am about non heating dryer and was at my house in about 2 hours. Very professional, courteous and caring wanting to be the one to call whenever something goes wrong with your home. Price was also below than expected.

Super fast response. Clarence and Jeff came out and diagnosed my issue with my very old A/C system quickly and accurately. They offered solutions to me that were appropriate and cost effective. They even offered me an additional discount when they found out I am a veteran.

The service tech was very professional, respectful and polite. He had a business card in hand as soon as I opened the door. He explained the problem and potential solutions. I felt this was definitely worth the price of service call!

The first visit from Clarence we found out our two year old Samsung, previously repaired by someone else was not worth repairing; cost of repair more than half a new one. With our questions, he gave us a suggestion for a new one and where to purchase. We did as he suggested after our research supported Clarence’s suggestion. It was installed a day early because Tina and Clarence knew I had not had a dishwasher since before Christmas. Installation was great and a tutorial to be sure I understood everything was welcomed. Great people and great company! Thanks!!!

Clarence and Team are simply the best! They truly care for their customers! Service is always prompt and prices are unbeatable! I have used DHS several times and he and his staff are first class. They do their jobs with honesty and integrity! Would highly recommend this be your first and only call!

From looking for services to getting the service completed was only a few days. Very upfront about costs and very professional. Service was done very quickly and I would definitely use this service again!!

I am very pleased with my experience with Duncan Home Services. They were very quick to identify and solve the problem! While he working on the dishwasher, Clarence found a couple of other issues and took care of it. We will definitely use them again

Fridge died on Saturday night. Immediately set up the project on Thumbtack and quickly heard back from Tina at Duncan Home Services. We set up an appointment for Monday and they were there as promised. Proved to be a simple solution, quickly and resonably handled. Now we understand why they have so many excellent reviews!
