Justin was great! My washing machine wasn’t filling with water…that is until Justin arrived! Then. It worked fine! In my embarrassment, I told him that when it didn’t work, it made all the same sounds that it normally does (and just did) but I sometimes heard an extra click. He said that it definitely wasn’t a water line issue and could very well be a problem with the door lock mechanism. He looked up the replacement part, confirmed availability and quoted me a price. He also said that if the problem happened again, I should call them to order the part. Today’s charge was only the service fee of $99 and he said that he would apply that amount to the price of the part if I needed to replace it in the next 30 days. I was very pleased with Justin! He was very professional, prompt and pleasant to do business with! This was my first experience with Duncan Home Services and I will definitely call them again when the need arises!
