It wasn't really a big deal but it made me feel kind of stupid because it was such a simple thing, but I am not an appliance repairman. Like I said after him listening to me describe everything that was going on with it he had the freezer tilted back and he fixed it in a short amount of time. I am grateful that you sent a guy that knew what he was doing, I've had other people out here that would have told me that it was shot and they would have just stopped right there but Clarence knew what he was doing.
