We had Duncan replace our furnace and ac unit. They were knowledgeable, responsive and low pressure sales. They were middle of price range provided by other quotes. Duncan was on time, and worked with us to schedule follow up. Very good follow up after install, to come check to ensure everything working a few weeks later. Tech mentioned they also do appliance repairs. 30 days later in need of dryer repair. Duncan did not disappoint, again prompt response, knowledgeable technicians and speedy repair.
