My dishwasher stopped draining and wouldn’t work. Justin was here right on time and it took him less than 5 minutes to identify the issue. Hope Heating and Plumbing installed a new garbage disposal last week and did not remove the knock out plug. He removed it and the dishwasher runs perfectly again. Very happy with his service~

Excellent service.

Our refrigerator had a constant issue freezing everything we put in it. When we couldn’t take it anymore we called Duncan Home Services and they were fantastic ! After I gave them a call someone came and inspected our issue next business day. When a part needed to be ordered we were back on their schedule and the repair was done in no time. Pricing was very reasonable to us and they even have options if you have more than one problem that needs looking into. The only complaint I have is with myself for not calling sooner and putting up with the refrigerator as long as I did.

My fridge had been making a hum for a while and the back panel froze. Ice literally coming out of the holes in the panel. Justin came out, knew the problem within minutes, and once the part was here, the install was so quick! Justin was so quick and knowledgable and kind. Top tier!

My garbage disposal went out on me over the long weekend. I called Duncan on Tuesday and spoke with Jenni, who was very polite and professional. I was scheduled for next day service. Sean came and replaced my disposal same day for a very reasonable price with a better unit than I had originally. It's all up and running with fantastic communication from start to finish. I will always choose Duncan Home Services for any future appliance repair needs.

Woke up early in the morning ready to make a huge meal for a party of 10+ people. Got everything set up to start cooking and my oven decided it didnt want to work. Immediately started calling around trying to find someone to come look at it. Took me 4 companies before I finally spoke to Madison at Duncan Home Services. She was very polite on the phone and very understanding of my concerns. She assured me someone could be out that same day to look at it. Just a few hours later Justin arrived and was able to fix the issue in a timely manner. I was able to get my dinner cooked and finished on time!

The service repair person very friendly and professional! Was able to diagnose exactly what the issue was and was fine in less than 20 minutes! Also, referred me to a dryer cleaning service! Will definitely recommend to anyone and will use in the future!

Wonderful, prompt, and will give advice as experts with appliances

We were having issues with our washing machine so we had them come out and take a look. The technician arrived on time, was very thorough, and was extremely friendly and professional and helped us resolve the issue. We definitely plan to use them again for any future issues we may encounter.

Justin and the staff did an amazing job repairing my dishwasher!! They were prompt and very professional. They didn’t ripe me off with what they charged either. I would highly recommend them!!

Justin was out to my home on Tuesday because my ice maker wasn't working. Came back Friday for the repair and instructed me that it takes a full 24 hours for ice production. Sure enough by late Saturday, I have ice again! From the easy scheduling with the office staff, clear communication of the process to my final repair I am so happy with my experience. Thank you just isn't enough.
