Tyler did a great job determining why my older Refridgerator wasn't getting as cold as it should be. He cleaned the parts that were covered with many years of work. He was honest in telling me that if this didn't hake a difference in 24 out that I should look to at replacement due to its age and what it would cost to repair.

Good work, arrived on-time and the work was completed in a timely fashion. Pricing may be a little high but it’s hard to find people that can fix appliances and do a good job. I would definitely recommend and use them again.

Tyler diagnosed our dishwasher problem on Friday. Needed to order a valve package. It was Labor Day but the parts arrived Tuesday and he installed the parts Wednesday. Ran a cleaning process with the dishwasher and it completed the 2 hour cycle with no problems. I would recommend Duncan Services. Polite, neat and careful with your property.

The refrigerator was not repaired. We chose to replace it. Matt was very professional and explained every detail to us. Very pleased.
